About Robyn Winters
Robyn began her career in Training and Development for Fortune 500 companies. She established her consulting
business in 1987, and since then has worked with a broad array of organizations, associations, and business
professionals, specializing in Communication and Presentation effectiveness.
In 2004, Robyn's interest and imagination was sparked by the work of Ned Herrmann, pioneer of the Whole Brain®
thinking model. Since then, she has combined the art of communication with the science of Whole Brain® thinking
to create programs and presentations that engage all four quadrants of the brain. These programs have greater
influence and staying power with audiences and listeners because they include all thinking styles.
Robyn holds an M.A. from Wesleyan University and, since 1995, has been an adjunct instructor at Cornell University's
Management Development Division of the School of Industrial and Labor Relations in New York City.
Robyn's clients include Home Shopping Network (HSN), Delta Air Lines, Florida Association of Insurance and Financial
Advisors (FAIFA), American Express, and KPMG. As a coach, she has worked with hundreds of professionals to strengthen
their business presence and enhance their career success.
